About the roundtable

The Leaders of Change Roundtable is a closed-door council of 50 carefully selected leaders shaping the future of systemic transformation.

For 90 minutes every two months, global change leaders step beyond the noise of conferences and online talks into a space of Privileged acess, unfiltered dialoque and applied strategy .

This is more than inspiration. It is about breakthroughs you cannot find in public view. The candid stories, tools, and frameworks behind the world’s most transformational initiatives.

Why This Roundtable Exists

Just look around and you realize that too much change today is shallow, short-lived, unsustainable or downright harmful. The Roundtable convenes those rare leaders whose work has shifted systems, policies, and mindsets and equips others to do the same.

Each session is governed by the Changing the System ensuring candor, confidentiality, and exclusivity. What happens here does not leave here, except in the form of the Roundtable Briefs, our proprietary playbook built from the unshared lessons of the world’s top changemakers.

Each Roundtable focuses on one of three key thematic areas:

  • Changing the System – Tools and models for creating large-scale, lasting change within complex environments.

  • Transformational Program design – Building initiatives that shift mindsets and outcomes

  • Frontline-Informed Leadership: Embedding dignity, empathy, and hope into the change-making process.

What Makes This Council Unmissable
  • Privileged Guest Insights: High-profile leaders share the behind-the-scenes decisions, dilemmas, and failures they’ve never made public.

  • Closed-Door Access: Sessions are not recorded. Council members gain insight others will never hear.

  • Applied Transformation: Small-group “Council Breakouts” stress-test frameworks against real challenges, generating immediate, field-ready strategies.

  • Exclusive Council Briefs: After each session, members receive a distilled record of frameworks, strategies, and peer applications. This archive grows into a body of knowledge that does not exist anywhere else. All past session briefs are also made available to members.

  • Curated Membership: Limited to 50 leaders per session. Attendance is by invitation, not just by sign-up.
